I thought I copied a recipe from this site but I can't find it now. It was for a lb loin and used soy sauce, ketchup, Husein, honey, 5 spice, garlic powder. I wanted to check the recipe because I wrote put on top rack with pan of water under it at 400 for 20 min. then flip twice, that seemed odd. Has anyone seen a recipe similar to this on another site or in a cook book? T
