How long can a terrine keep?

I've read through this forum and saw a general 3 - 4 day rule for meat but I'm wondering if I can extend that for a terrine with boar, pork, and veal. It's a BIG loaf and it seems a shame to freeze it. Is there a rule for such ground meat products?
