For Christmas Kathleen got me a bacon of the month club.
I GOT BACON!
Now I have to figure out what to do with it.
There is:
Hickory smoked x 2.
Applewood smoked.
Maplewood smoked.
Sun dried tomato.
Seasoning end pieces and two hocks.
I GOT BACON!

You get a care package of bacon like that every month?
Very cool. I never heard of this club or anything like it. Great gift.

Kathleen arranged something with the company, though there are bacon of the month clubs, this company didn't offer that exactly.
So we aren't sure what we get but each package is a pound. They all also say "no refrigeration required"

No refrigeration required? All the world-is-ending hoarders ought to like that. Sure beats bacon in a can, lol.

Well, I can help relieve you of your burden, if you are really stuck. I won't tell Kathleen.

Ok... so I messed up the list:
All 14oz:
Hickory Smoked x 2.
Hickory Smoked with black pepper x 1
Maplewood smoked. x1
Applewood smoked. x1
Sun dried tomato. x1
Hickory smoked ends for seasoning x2
Hickory smoked country ham ends for seasoning x2 (1-2lb, 1-1lb)
Hickory smoked hocks x2
We had one of the hickory smoked tonight. It is saltier than I am used to for bacon, very meaty though. We enjoyed it. I have 4 slices left for my lunch tomorrow, I just need to pick up some tomatoes.
