What are some of the old things so we don't repeat what you have?
Just because it's in the shape of a chop doesn't mean you have to treat like a chop. Take it off the bone, chop it up and make patties.
 
If you go to the meats sub-forum there are sub-sections for Beef, Pork, Poultry (chicken, turkey, duck, etc.) and other meats. I recommend browsing the recipes in those sections.
