I have some nice pork ribs, trimmed St. Lois style, and am thinking crock pot.
Web search reveals several recipes, some with broil first, some with brown in skillet, then into crock pot with onions and other fixins cover with BBQ sauce.
Anyone have other suggestions, variations, refinements?
