Pork tail and heart
Today I found pork tail (whole) and heart at the store.
What can I use this to?
Does anyone have a good recipe for the heart?
I think it is best to make stock with the tail, or am I wrong?

I thought pig tail is too small. I guess I never cooked one. But the hart iz great for a stew, yum.
