Sweet and Spicy Grilled Pork Chops

A friend sent me this link and he told me I had to try these pork chops. So I did and they are wonderful. I didn't find them to be spicy though, maybe it was the mustard I used. I used Jack Daniels Honey Dijon and will continue using it in the future.

No doubt!! What I like about recipes like this are the spin offs that go whirling around in my mind --- After the apples..then pineapple...then sweet potatoes --- Kinda like getting three for the price of one!!!

Again...No doubt, I will enjoy!!!
