I am doing lamb's liver tomorrow. Coated in savoury flour and oven cooked with some bacom rashers and srved with fried onion.

Anyone else got a favourite way to cook liver?

Hubby won't even look at it unless it's really tasty. He convinced himself he didn'y like it but enjoyed the last lamb's liver I did. He's been on iron tablets so I hoped the liver would help and onions in any form are supposed to be good for you aren't they?:chef:

After being sick, I know how difficult it is to look at food. I'm so glad he's doing well and can eat such a healthy dinner.

Raisins are very rich in iron as well.

A quick broiled liver with a fruit based sauce is very good. Serve it with a fluffy light biscuit.

You can also serve a broiled liver with a side of sweet potato salad and melon.

Liver & mushrooms and a side of lima beans and succotash.

Liver & beans with potatoes & flat bread.

Cold liver sandwich with lettuce & tomato and mild dressing with clipper chips.

I love stroganoff done with lamb's liver rather than beef. In fact, I'd much rather have it with lamb's liver.
