I can certainly relate to the hair issue. Katie the wonderdog can give any vacuum a run for it's money. Fortunately, when I put in the Pergo, it's easier, as I sweep up....but 3x/day is barely enough! Once, I didn't sweep for 2 days and I got enough hair to make a dog the size of Marge's Dove!
(personally, I think she invites her doggy friends over and they have hair shedding parties)
