Depends on what I'm doing but usually chicken parts.

If I had to pick between the two...citrus, even though I tend to not like mine with a glaze (only in chinese food) or a sauce. The only sauce I normally like on chicken is a gravy or bbq sauce for grilled.

Yes, I love mushrooms but the reast of my family does not so I do not get them to often
