All produce is organic, unless you're talking about the wax or plaster fruits and vegetables they sell at TJ Maxx. That said, I don't waste my money on so-called "organic" produce. My family has been eating normally grown farm produce since WWII* with no ill effects.

Cooked vegetables with dinner, or a salad?

* Before and during WWI those family members who weren't fighting grew their own!

Salad please with blue cheese & french on the side.

Oven roasted red skinned potatoes or a Russet baked potato?

ughhhh @ canned peas ... frozen, I pick. I use those when I'm pressed for time, but I love fresh.

cabbage roll (filled with rice, meat or potato) or a lettuce wrap (filled with chicken or tuna salad)
