CRAP !!
No, but Austria did !
Austria, origin of Swarovski crystals, has really "pushed the envelope" with
their stamps, making them out of leather, glass, cloth, and soccer ball
plastic. In 2020, they commemorated the panic and shortages of the
coronavirus pandemic with a stamp made of toilet paper. The stamp has a face
value of 2.75 and includes scaling to show what a safe amount of distance
was to keep between people (represented by a baby elephant).
