This is a very simple recipe for a very tasty soup. It can be very fast to prepare.
Ingredients:

0.5 kg sauerkraut, 17.63 oz
0.4 kilograms of bone-in pork, 14.10 oz
1 onion,
1 carrot,
spices: allspice, bay leaf, salt, pepper,

Method:
Grate carrots on coarse mesh.
To a large pot add the sauerkraut, pork roast with the bone, grated carrots, allspice and bay leaf.
Pour all the water and cook, covered for 30 min.
Then, diced onion.
Then fry until golden brown in the oil.
Fried onions add to boiling cabbage.
Season with salt, pepper and the whole mix. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the pork loin with cabbage, and serve with cabbage.

You can try it with potatoes or bread.

Cabbage soup with ribs

I've just prepared "highlander soup":chef:

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg sauerkraut,
0.5 kg of ribs, 17.63 oz
0.5 kg of smoked ribs,
1 large onion,
0.15 kg of smoked bacon, 5.29 oz,
spices: allspice, bay leaf, pepper, pepper of herbs, salt.

METHOD:
Into the big pot, put sauerkraut, ribs and smoked pork ribs.

Then, pour water, add bay leaf and allspice and cook for about 40 minutes.

Dice the bacon.

Fry without adding oil because it can melt the bacon.

Onions, also cut into cubes.

Add the onion to bacon and brown.

Then the bacon and onion to add to the boiling cabbage and mix. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

The soup is usually served with bread.
