Put in f/p or blender and mix well.1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled and seeded and cut in chunks, 1/2 cup dry sherry, 2-3 Tab of good honey and 2-4 Tab. lime juice, fresh is best. Chill covered in refrigerator, Re-mix just before serving to mix together.
