THIS sounds wonderful! Copied and stored away for future reference...along with the juices from steak part too!
I bet if you omitted the "cream" part of this soup and blended all or part if it with a blender wand or in a processor...made it more of a bisque...it would still be wonderful!!

I absolutely must do this soup....sounds like a winner & I love
cream of mushroom soup...kinda figured this method would
be the way to go but never tryed it as I've just recently started
gathering wild mushrooms in season, here...the cream is
basically similar to my mushroom gravey.....................BH51..
