I had about a cup of leftover salad shrimp to use up. I decided to make a bisque with it. It came out quite tasty, and was a breeze to make. Here's what I did:

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked salad shrimp
3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. AP flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tbs Sriracha Sauce
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic powder
dash of ground ginger
1/2 dash 5-spice powder
8 oz whole milk

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Stir until the roux begins to brown. Whisk in milk until silky smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for ten minutes. If you want, you can add whole kernel corn, and sliced yellow summer squash.

That's all there is to it. Enjoy.
