for 1 or 2 servings, take:

3 cups water
3/4" thick slice lite firm tofu, cubed
1/3 bag frozen mixed veggies
oyster mushrooms, shiitake, criminis, as desired
ginger paste, 1 tsp.
garlic paste, 1 1/2 tsp.
seasalt, to taste
soy sauce, to taste
------------------------------------------------------
blend in a pot, bring to boil. voila!
