I wonder how it would be if you plopped 1/4-1/2 cup ricotta in the bottom of each bowl, and ladled some of your soup over that? mmm- MMMM!

That looks yummy just as it is, but if you wanted to include ricotta, I'd suggest cheese ravioli.
