Question Roasted Mushroom Sage Soup

I am trying to find a recipe for the Roasted Mushroom Sage soup served at Sweet Tomatoes (also called Souplantation in some places). This is a great creamy soup with both rosemary and sage.

Welcome to DC.

Their website does not give recipes. Have you tried asking them for the recipe?

Is the base like cream of mushroom?

It doesnt sound too difficult to make. I'm sure they used a variety of mushrooms though.

If you made a base, you could divide it up and vary the ingredients for each one to find the taste your looking for.
