Sausage Corn Chowder
1# bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tomato can water
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream style corn (I prefer shoepeg-or my frozen corn)
1 can whole kernel corn (shoepeg)
2 TBS dried basil
S&P
Put together and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Add 1 small can evaporated milk or half an half.
