TNT - Beer Soup
½ l beer
½ l milk
6 tblsp Sago
2 tblsp Sirup
3 tblsp sugar
cook milk, add sago and let rest for 15min.
Add sirup, suagr and beer and cook again.
mix the eggyolk with a few spoons of the soup and pour into the soup. Don't cook!
stiff the eggwhite and form small balls to put on the soup.
sprinkle with cinnamon, cover with the lid and let rest for five minutes.
