1 tbsp. oil
1 piece small onion
2 1/2 cups watercress
1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube
1 cup water
1 170 g. can NESTLE Cream

Procedure :
1. Sauté onions and watercress in hot oil. Pour in broth and bring to boil.2. Stir in NESTLÉ Cream and cook until heated through. Serve hot with crackers.
