Hi, I am a single mother, not a big cook. I just like to experiment with new dishes, I'll take up a challenge of making something I tasted somewhere and then try to adapt it to my style.
I have had cranberry-walnut cheesecake during Thanksgiving to Christmas season, the recipes I find use the cranberry sauce or they pile the cranberries on top. Does anyone have a recipe blending the cranberries in the filling. The Wisconsin Cheesecake Co. sells the exact one I need online but I cannot find the recipe. Help me please!
