A new one; expat in Haiti

I'm hotsoslil and I've lived in Haiti for 18 years. Love ethnic cooking. If I can ever help with Haitian cooking I'd be happy to do so. Was a professional chef in the States. Now I have a small factory where we make hot pepper, soy, worcestershire sauces.
