This is my very first post... Just want to introduce myself, graduated from culinary school about 6 months ago, and have worked catering, and on the line.. Have always been passionate about food and it's response on people. My major goal is to head back to school for a Masters in food science... Anyway, I'm here to discover and learn from anyone willing to share life stories, technique, and of course recipes and current food trends.
