i'm originally from upstate new york, but have spent the past 35 years cooking while consulting around the world.

i've lived in south and central america, south asia,southeast asia, middle east and am now in africa. i look forward to sharing my experiences with you all while learning the tricks of the trade.

i never thought about joining a cooking forum. i am very excited to be meeting and chatting with you all???

i might not be able to submit and operate correctly for a while, patience may be necessary
