Greetings!

I have a glass top range and have been searching in vain for a good-quality flat-bottomed grill pan. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Buying a gas grill is not an option. :)

Thank you.

I use a cast iron skillet with a ridged bottom on my ceramic stove without a problem. Lodge makes one -- don't know if it's flat, though.

But I also had a Le Creuset grill pan -- it had a flat bottom. I gave it away because IMO grill pans are useless items that just put marks on the food.

You can use a non-flat bottomed pan on the ceramic top--it just takes longer to heat, is my understanding.
Pretty sure Calphalon makes one. Have you looked at Target?
