I have just purchased an electrolux assistent. I am interested in pizza dough, but I cannot tell from the directions when to use the roller or when to use the dough hook. Can you help me?

I don't have experience with this mixer but I use the dough hook on my Kitchen Aid.

Bakerbill, I believe Corey123 has the Electrolux Assistant, too. And, I think I remember him saying something about when he uses (or not) the dough hook on his machine. There was a recent thread discussing that, but I don't recall the title of the thread.
