Glad to be on board from Shanghai
Greetings everyone, I'm glad to have stumbled upon this site. I'm quite a fan of amateur cooking and proffessional eating.
I'm living in Shanghai China and the variety of food here is amazing. I enjoy trying new flavors and strange plants, animals, and fungi, or whatever else might be served up for dinner.
I like to think of eating as an adventure, and China is sort of the X-games of eating.
