I am new to the site and need some help. I see there seem to be some party planning pros here. (More of a pro than I am!) I need some help planning the amount of food for my menu. I am planning on about 100 to 150 guests. The menu consists of fried chicken (breasts, thighs, and drums), hot sausage, and pasta (probably rigatoni or ziti). Along with that there will be potato salad, macaroni salad, and coleslaw. Of course there will be munchies - cookies and chips. And Cake! Beverages will be coffee, soft drinks and beer. My problem is - I don't know how much food to plan on preparing. Can SCS's help guide me?
