Hello everyone! My name is Chatchan, (Chan for short, and that's really pronounced ch-AAN, in a level tone of voice :p) I'm currently a 1st year student at the Thailand branch of Le Cordon Blue Culinary school! I blundered upon this site by accident while doing some research on different cuts of potatos, and I thought I may as well sign up anyways so I have a place to ask questions out of class :) I never did find out different cuts of potatos, and what their definitions are :P In fact, I'm not even sure if he wants 'cuts' or 'styles'. Hmm...
