Hello!

I'm new around here and so happens I came across the DC Forum while surfing for some information on menu planning. Coming from the sunny island of Singapore (well not exactly sunny for now; going through a very rainy monsoon season), cooking is a fave pastime of mine. I do mostly simple home-cooking dishes (mainly Chinese/Asian dishes) so I really don't know a lot of things out there. Hope to learn more from you guys here!
