Love cooking, love smoking, and have for years. I finally decided to tackle the things in cooking where I am deficient-baking, dessert, pastry, so I have been in search of info, and I landed here. Looks swell.
I am familiar with vBulletin so I know how to search info vs asking the "dumb" questions.
I am originally from Nashville TN and moved to the Seacoast of New Hampshire 6 years ago (all 18 miles of it!), so my favorite thing to do is prepare down home soul food or some Southern fare for my new crusty Yankee friends and family
