im new here obviously as this is my first post. i stumbled upon this website while looking for some recipes for a non tomato non dairy pasta sauce.

I'm not sure if this fits the bill for what you're looking for, but it's a tomato and dairy free pasta sauce (oil and herb/chilli based sauces can also fit those specs, and some pasta sauces can be made with milk alternatives like soy and plain rice milk):
