I inherited my love of cooking from my parents and my grandmothers before me. I came upon this site looking for new ways to use the citric acid I finally replaced after my dh spilled it on the floor in a rush to get something to eat when he hadn't eaten in a long time. It took me a little over a year to find a store that carried it. I finally found it in a brewery supply store along with a few more ideas for my next recipe/experiment. I look foward to meeting everyone.

Ciao Fairy, welcome to DC!! I hope you will have as much fun as we all do hanging out here!!
I use my citric acid for cleansing my tea maker, to remove the build-up. Works really well!!:)
