Hello all. I've been getting into cooking a lot with my girlfriend, so I thought I'd join up. Looks like a nice site. Our focus lately has been Mexican and Italian, mostly because of the ease, flexibility and spices.
Looking forward to continuing to branch out into other areas, like Indian. I made some chicken tikka masala over jasmine rice with a chick pea side, and it was amazing. We also recently purchased one of those smaller pasta machines and made some great wheat fetuccini noodles and a vodka cream sauce.
