Hi,
Im new here and would like to introduce myself! My name is Ben and love cooking, so much so that I am teaching myself how to cook!:chef: I love baking bread and cakes and am interested in making jam as well! My favourite meals are hearty family meals!

Hellooooooooooooooo Ben welcome to DC. I have a ton of bread formulas, but I do not know if they would mate up with UK flour?? but would be very glad to share. I have read where flour in Europe is different from the US flour ??
