Hello, Ardith. I just stumbled upon this site as well, and I find it quite intriguing. I spend most of my time on-line looking at recipes and cooking sites....which hubby teases me about. Can't help myself. You should see my collection of printed recipes! Not sure how to use the site yet, but indeed intend to get there! I am almost as excited as I was when I got my first Calphalon pan! (We still refer to it as Mr. Calphalon I piggy-backed on your post as I haven't figured out yet how to post a new post and not a thread. Golly, now I have yet another cooking site to get addicted to!
