Hi, I'm new here. This is the first cooking forum I've been to. I've gotten into cooking pretty heavily over the last couple of months as a college student with no meal plan. My main cooking focus is either full main courses and desserts. I'm currently teaching myself how to bake different kinds of breads and cakes. I've tried my hand at Indian, Tex-Mex, Japanese, and Russian cuisine, and am looking to expand into other types of dishes. I try to make as much as I can from scratch and avoid anything and everything pre-packaged or as mixes. I hope that I can find useful advice and interesting recipes on here.
