Hello all--Newb on board

I like to play with food. Over the years I have graduated from playing with mashed potato castles and green bean cannons to playing with Dutch Ovens, sauté pans and pressure cookers. Still, if no one else is around, mashed potatoes and green beans on the same plate present a huge temptation.

I came here looking for new ideas, concepts and recipes to play with.
