Hello, My name is Scott. I am 30 years old and live in Corvallis, OR. I was born and raised here in Oregon. Even though I hope to someday move to Atlanta or somewhere in the South. I am pretty new to cooking. I used to just always eat out but in these economic times that is a waste of money. I love cooking Asian foods. I am going to cook some Gyoza tonight and mabey some Chicken Katsu if I have the stuff. I also like to cook Stews, Meats, and I like to try out recipes from other countries.
