I will be having quite a few pears this fall and found a recipe called Spiced Pear Cardamom Butter. Was lookinf for a cheaper source of cardamom! I had no clue it was the 3rd most expenisive spice... LOL.. This weekend will be canning tomatoes....( no cardamom tho
