Came across this site when I was searching for a home-made caramelised balsamic vinegar recipe

I am a teacher but love to cook - I am definitely in the wrong profession at the moment...If only I had the guts to go my cooking apprenticeship

Still, I cook as much as I can and have a cooking blog too
