I'm off the farm from Iowa and in north east coastal Maine. Gone are my farm fresh eggs, dairy cows, grain fed beef, happy hogs, my Rhode Island Reds, fresh garden produce, and tree ripened fruit. It requires a whole new way of cooking. It's time to step up my game. I can't say my puff pastry was as easy as the Julia Childs video, but it's a start. Hello everyone!
