Hello From Maine
Hello everyone my name is Melissa and I love to cook I enjoy cooking main courses above baking and pastries but I like that also. I also enjoy coming up with my own creations or putting a new spin on an old recipe.

I hope to share some of my favorite recipes with everyone and I also cant wait to try some of yours

Welcome aboard Melissa! This is the right forum for what you are looking for. Perhaps you can share with us some of your famous Maine lobster recipes too.
