Assistant Cook
Have just found Discuss Cooking again via a Google search for something else. It is a few years since I have been here - doesn't time fly when you are busy.
Basically I love cooking and have cooked all my life. I enjoy it so much that I started my own recipe and cooking web site back in 2000. It is called Hub-UK the reasons for which I won't go into here. It jsut grew and grew until now it is all I do, often working 7 days a week.
The irony of it is that I no longer have as much time to cook as I would like but along the way I have learnt a lot and met some great people.
