Hello from Oregon
Sounds like an interesting place here...I'm hoping to find ideas and recipes for my sister and I to try. We both are usually too tired or lazy to cook when we get home from work, so we end up either going out or having cereal for dinner, lol. Plus, I just bought the Flavor Wave Deluxe Oven, and am hoping to find good ways to use it for quick and tasty dinners for two.

Great that you have found our forum, take a leisurely tour around, and you will find loads of ideas for quick, easy yet delicious meals and realise a quick dinner doesn't have to always come from a frozen carton or takeaway joints!! Well for heaven's sakes, two members in this thread from Oregon. Lake Oswego and Milwaukie. My sis lives in Oregon City, a niece in Newberg, 2 nieces in Portland and a niece in Oregon City. I'm in Roseburg. Hello everyone.
