Just a quick hello from Osaka. I grew up in Switzerland and started baking there when I was about 6 years old. Grew up enjoying gourmet cooking and developed a desire to experiment in the kitchen at a very young age. Moved to Canada and started reading Gourmet Magazine in the 1970s. Still get my favourite magazine now that I live in the foodie city of Osaka.

Roadfix, there's a great Okonomiyaki restaurant just down the road from me. We always go with friends and order a variety of Okonomiyaki, also some Yakisoba.
