Hello to all fellow cooking enthusiasts!

My name is Stuart and I just love to cook. I find it relaxes me from all the other daily stresses.

I like nothing more than being left to my own devices in the kitchen while all the rest of the family are out so I can prepare a nice dinner for them. Just to see the look on their faces once they have eaten it and are nicely full up makes it all the more worth while.

I would say italian I like cooking the most especially Lasagne!

I would just like to say thanks for making me feel welcome. I use forums quite a bit but never had replies so quick!

Being as I now feel quite jolly I think I will Christmas shortbread as all my family love that!
