Hello to everyone I’m looking forward to sharing recipes with every one. I love Japanese food & sushi. I have just recently started fixing sushi. I don’t have a lot of good recipes However my Wife is Mexican and a great cook for anyone interested in traditional Mexican food.

you got me thinking.. hmmmmm since I moved to Canada.. would you believe I can NOT find ONE can of enchilada sauce.. I just used to love making enchiladas.. I have been to TONS of stores but nothing.. I used to buy old el paso not sure the spelling is right on that but ...

maybe your wife has a recipe I can make my own sauce? I don't need to make a WHOLE bunch .. just enough for two people suggestions?
